本日、日本政府より新規入国の具体的な手続きについて発表がなされる予定ですが、それに先立ちまして、関西学院大学より副学長（国際連携機構長）から留学生の皆さんへのメッセージを掲載します。添付のPDFファイルをご覧ください。

国際教育・協力センター（CIEC）
Today, Japanese Government will announce the detail information about the procedures for new entry. Prior to that, Kwansei Gakuin University will post a message from the Vice President International to you. Please find the attached PDF file.
