Each person may submit up to three entries.
【Category】
When submitting your application, please select the appropriate category from the following:
①Living Like a Local
➁My Study Abroad Storybook
➂Friends Beyond Borders
④Me And a View
If you do not select a category, your application will not be accepted.
【Eligibility】
・Participants in Kwansei Gakuin University's overseas programs or undergraduate programs (including programs held in Japan such as CCC and Indonesian exchange seminars)
・Those who have participated in international exchange programs at Kwansei Gakuin University (e.g. Residence Assistants (RAs), KG Buddies).
・Those who have studied abroad at Kwansei Gakuin University.
*Photographs taken during privately financed study abroad programs or international exchange programs outside of Kwansei Gakuin University are not eligible. 。

Please be sure to read the following [Contest Regulations] carefully before submitting your application.
【Contest Regulations】
~About Photographs~
●Photographs must be original works (no professional photographs) and must have been taken during the applicant's study abroad period. Photographs uploaded to Facebook or Instagram may not be copied.
●The work must be a still image.
●Entries that are deemed to have been processed in such a way that they differ from the actual landscape (e.g. by removing or compositing structures) may be excluded from judging.
●Entries that infringe on copyrights, trademarks, portrait rights, etc. are prohibited. If a third party is to be included in the entry, or if the entry includes a third party's copyrighted work (artwork, film, photograph), an event conducted by an organization, or other rights, prior approval must be obtained from the third party in question.
●If the work has already been published in other contests or exhibitions, or is offensive to public order and morals, it will not be considered for entry.
●The work must be submitted in digital format and in print-quality.
●The work will be posted on the website and social networking sites so that it may be viewed for an extended period of time regardless of whether or not it wins a prize. They may also be reprinted in other public relations media (print and web) published by the university.
●Entries that have been previously submitted to the Study Abroad Fair Photo Contest are prohibited.
●Please save and upload each submitted photo in the following format:

~About the Entry~
●The number of entries per person is limited to three.
●The size limit of the submitted photos is 100 MB.
●You may submit one entry at a time. If you wish to submit more than one photo, please submit a new entry form.
~About the prizewinners~
●The four grand prize winners will receive a QUO card (worth 1,000 yen), and the seven winners, including the grand prize winner, will receive KGU merchandise.●The winners will be notified by CIEC in late August or early September. If a reply cannot be confirmed, the work will not be considered as a prize-winning entry.
●Final selection will be made by online public voting on the CIEC website. The four grand prize winners will be selected through this voting process.
●The four grand prize winners will be announced at the photo contest award ceremony during the Study Abroad Fair.
●The winners' names or nicknames, faculty, year of study, participating program, and experiences may be posted on the CIEC website and CIEC's official Instagram. In addition, winners will be asked to participate in the photo contest award ceremony scheduled for the afternoon of Saturday, September 28 (TBD) at Nishinomiya-Uegahara Campus Building G.
※Prizes will not be given to those who are not currently in Japan. There is a possibility that you may be asked to give a brief talk about your experience with your work during the award ceremony. ●For inquiries regarding the photo contest, please contact Center for International Education and Cooperation (CIEC) E-mail: ciec-photocontest@kwansei.ac.jp
