Application Period Application Procedure
Before beginning the application process, please ensure that both you and your coordinator thoroughly and carefully read the latest CJP brochure. Important information regarding Japanese language requirements, program schedules, track selection, course outlines etc., is included in the brochure.
Below you will find details about the application period and the application procedure for the next Intake (Fall Semester and Spring Semester).

Application Procedure
The CJP application is a three (3) step procedure.
- Step 1: Online Nomination to be completed by the home university/sending institution
- Step 2: Online Application and Other Application Document to be filled out/gathered by the nominated student
- Step 3: Online Submission of all Application Documents by the home university/sending institution
Once nominated, the applicant should:
- Gather all the necessary application forms.
- Save a copy of all documents to a hard drive.
- Send all documents to their exchange coordinator so they can upload them to the dedicated platform by the Application Closing Date.
